Dan Inghram is the pastor of National Capitol Bible Church in Springfield, VA.
Pastor Daniel Curtis Inghram was born in 1950 in Burlington, Iowa. After graduating from Morning Sun Community High School in Iowa, he attended Cedarville University in Ohio where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology in 1972. Upon graduation from Cedarville, Dan reported to Officer Candidates School and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.
For the next twenty-eight years, Dan served the nation as a Marine Corps officer achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. While still on active duty, Dan enrolled at Capital Bible Seminary taking evening classes. Upon retirement from the Marine Corps in 2000 he became a full time seminary student. Dan received his Master of Divinity in May 2002, was ordained at Berachah Church in July 2002, and received his Master of Theology in May 2004.
Upon graduation from Capital Bible Seminary, Dan accepted an invitation from the Seminary to join the staff as an adjunct professor. He teaches classes in systematic theology, biblical exposition, biblical Hebrew and Greek, and the Equip Institute. In addition to his seminary responsibilities, he has routinely substituted for pastors, taught at Bible conferences and classes across the nation, and assisted missionaries in Ukraine, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.
As pastor of the National Capital Bible Church since August 2005, Pastor Inghram considers it a privilege to serve his congregation and the nation by studying and teaching the Word of God.
